Can I split my payment between multiple credit cards?

You can only use one credit/debit card per order.

How do I pay with Afterpay?

• Select Afterpay at checkout as your payment method. 
  
• If you already have an Afterpay account , log in and complete your checkout. 
• If you are new to Afterpay, you can sign up while you checkout with Melanin Gang by following the prompts . No long forms and you'll know you've been approved within seconds. 

You'll pay your first installment at the time of purchase , and the remainder every two weeks. 

How do I pay with PayPal?

When you select PayPal during checkout, you'll need to agree to allow Melanin Gang to bill your PayPal account. Please note - the shipping address on your Melanin Gang order must match the shipping address saved to your PayPal account. 

You can't make changes, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes of placing it. 

To cancel an order please email us at support@melaningang.com with your order number and name. Please note, we cannot change your shipping address or your shipping service for an existing order. 

If you need to change an item's color, size, or quantity , or your shipping selection or delivery address - simply cancel your original order and place a new one. 

During checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping option. We currently ship within the USA only. We offer the following shipping options: 

Standard 

• Free for orders of $100 or more
  
• $8 for orders of less than $100

Priority 

• $10 per order

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We have a 14 day Return + Exchange policy:

• If an item does not work out for you, we would be happy to offer store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned. 
• Timing: Return/Exchange requests for any items must be made within 7 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned / exchanged must be in the original condition with its original packaging/tags. 
• Items that do not meet criteria's are non-refundable and will be denied. 
• For returns/exchanges, please email support@melaningang.com with the subject 'Returns' or 'Exchanges' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned/exchanged goods. We strongly recommended getting  proof of postage when returning/exchanging  goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that your are responsible for shipping costs of returned / exchange items.
• When returned/exchanged item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of your store credit. 
• If a refund is approved (for special circumstances), then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. 

Please send an email to support@melaningang.com with your order number and a picture of the defective item. We would be happy to offer you a replacement of the same item.
